Terms of Service for Ultra Flow

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ultra Flow website and the services provided by Ultra Flow ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Services
Ultra Flow provides professional window and gutter cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in King's Lynn and surrounding areas. Our services are subject to a prior on-site assessment or a detailed quote agreed upon by both parties.
2. Quotes and Bookings
All quotes are subject to change based on the final assessment of the property. Once a quote is accepted and a service is booked, you agree to our terms regarding scheduling and cancellations.
- Scheduling: We will agree on a date and time for the service. While we aim to be punctual, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather conditions.
- Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring that we have clear and safe access to the areas of the property to be cleaned. This includes moving any furniture, plant pots, clothing hangers, or other obstacles that may impede our work. If we cannot access the property or the designated areas, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods which will be specified on your invoice. Late payments may incur a late fee.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your expectations or that the results will be perfect every time, although we strive for the highest quality.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Flow, its employees, and its agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ultra Flow and its employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was last revised. We will provide notice of any material changes, such as by posting a notice on our website.
